WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A BAKERY - KITCHEN MANAGER?

We're looking for a reliable leader who can work Wednesday through Sunday from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and bring the following to the table:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar position
  • 1+ years of experience as a sous chef or Chef de Partie (lead line cook)
  • 3+ years of experience in the industry
  • Deep knowledge and appreciation for the industry and food in general
  • Professionalism, commitment, punctuality, and the ability to work in a team

Preferred:

  • Culinary Arts degree
  • Organizational and management skills
