Your schedule? Think balance and structure: Wednesday through Sunday, 6 am to 3 pm-leaving your evenings free for personal time, family, or continued culinary inspiration.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• 2+ years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar position
• 1+ years of experience as a sous chef or Chef de Partie (lead line cook)
• 3+ years of experience in the industry
• Deep knowledge and appreciation for the industry and food in general
• Professionalism, commitment, punctuality, and the ability to work in a team

Preferred:

• Culinary Arts degree
• Organizational and management skills
