DAY-TO-DAY AS A RESIDENT CARE COORDINATOR
As the Resident Care Coordinator, you're the go-to person for making sure everyone is on the same page-residents, families, nurses, doctors, and staff. Each day begins with you checking in with the care team and reviewing updates on each resident's health and needs. You help coordinate appointments, follow up on treatment plans, and make sure no detail slips through the cracks. Working closely with the medication technicians, you offer guidance and oversight to ensure meds are handled safely and on schedule. Using your skills as an RN, you're answering questions, calming concerns, and problem-solving on the fly-all with the goal of providing the best care possible and making residents feel supported, heard, and well cared for.
YOUR SCHEDULE
This medical care coordinating role works a consistent schedule of Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
