WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS OUR HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER?

As our Hotel General Manager, you are the face of the property and the driving force behind daily operations. You lead with determination and energy, confidently addressing challenges while fostering a culture of excellence within your team. You collaborate closely with leadership, taking full advantage of your autonomy to build a high-performing, guest-focused team. In this GM role, you take charge of team development, manage financial performance, ensure top-tier cleanliness and maintenance, drive revenue through strategic initiatives, and guarantee seamless, compliant operations across all departments. With robust support from our Regional Director and home office, you have everything you need to succeed and empower your team to do the same.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR HOTEL MANAGER?

  • 5+ years of experience as a Hotel General Manager
  • Demonstrated passion for hospitality and service
  • Attention to detail and highly organized
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing staff through strong leadership skills
  • Effective management of budgets and financial resources
  • Excellent ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop practical solutions
  • Prior IHG brand experience preferred
