A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DINING SERVICES MANAGER
As a Dining Services Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our main building's kitchen and dining room. Naturally creative, you love developing menus that are varied and appealing to our senior living residents. Your organizational skills come in handy as you order, store, and prepare food. You are always sure to prepare enough while also staying within budget.
You supervise the food service team as they greet and interact with residents. They, following your example, are neat in appearance and serve food in a fine-dining, elegant manner. Our senior living residents are well-fed and well-cared for under your watchful eye! The kitchen and serving areas are also always kept clean and sanitary because you make that a priority. You love being able to be a part of our relaxing environment and creating a pleasant experience for everyone we serve!
