MANAGING DIRECTOR QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience leading implementation or customer success teams in a SaaS, startup, or fast-paced B2B/B2C environment
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in the HCM environment
  • Hands-on experience with systems implementation, business process configurations, and integrations
  • Proven success in scaling teams, maintaining SLAs, and achieving performance targets
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives in a high-growth environment
  • Technical knowledge of systems and operations
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to follow through

Preferred Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, HR, business administration, or a related field
  • HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.)
  • Payroll or benefit experience

 

MANAGING DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES

You actively drive business growth and oversee client onboarding into our comprehensive HR and payroll systems. By strategically leading our team of implementation specialists and technicians, you support our vision and pave the way for continual success. You fully learn our implementation process so you can effectively coach your team in the correct usage of HCM applications and ensure they provide accurate and prompt Tier 1 and 2 support.

Diligently, you lead implementation projects from planning to execution to post-launch support, ensuring quality throughout all stages. You partner with cross-functional teams, including development, training, and reporting staff, to align systems with business needs and enhance the customer experience. If technical issues escalate, you resolve the problem and complete detailed documentation for future reference. As you research HCM platform trends, assess business impact, and provide hands-on support, you exemplify what it means to be an incredible leader!
