BANQUET COOK REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of baking experience
• Ability to work multiple kitchen stations and perform intermediate cooking tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical requirements
• Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays

WHAT TO EXPECT

Our Banquet Cook generally works 7 - 8 hour shifts, but that can vary.

You deliver first-class culinary experiences to members and leave lasting impressions. Collaborating with your team, you create delicious desserts and other culinary offerings. You promptly prepare meals and efficiently fulfill orders, contributing to smooth events and functions. As you work, you maintain a clean kitchen environment, encourage your team, and coordinate with our manager. Eager to improve, you participate in all scheduled meetings and trainings. As needed, you also assist with event functions and help set up and break down event spaces.
