BECOMING OUR STRATEGIC ENTERPRISE SALES ASSOCIATE

As our Strategic Enterprise Sales Associate, you'll lead the charge in developing and executing a sales strategy for payroll and HR technology services within the quick-service restaurant industry. Your days will be a mosaic of relationship-building, uncovering new opportunities, and sealing the deal. Represent Alliance HCM at industry events, staying abreast of QSR trends, and scheduling four First Time Appointments weekly. Join us in reshaping the landscape of HCM sales!

All that we need from you is the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales
  • Experience selling into complex buying groups with multiple decision-makers
  • Minimum 30% travel
