YOUR IMPACT

Our Technical Support Rep is the person clients turn to when they have issues using our payroll software. Every day brings something different as you communicate with clients, assess the problems they're running into, and deliver the appropriate solutions. You work closely with internal tech support teams to accurately identify the root cause of issues and swiftly take care of the problem.

As you resolve these issues, you closely document your processes and create a detailed reference for future use. You also train clients on how to use our software, teaching them tips and tricks for maximizing its potential. Motivated to keep learning, you stay on top of industry trends to provide the most effective tech support possible!


OUR IDEAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT REP

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in tech support or a similar role
  • Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Desire to help others

Experience with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving problems with payroll processing systems would be a bonus!
