WHAT'S THE SCOPE?
While working at our dynamic organization, your role as a supervisor earns a competitive salary range of $60,000-$90,000, with the potential to earn more depending on experience.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
Your primary responsibility is to effectively organize the schedules of our maintenance staff while ensuring seamless coordination with our production group and team members. You must uphold company policies and procedures as you consistently administer them, maintaining accurate records of inventory, maintenance, and repair work completed during your shift. You're constantly striving to improve efficiencies; you take great pride in generating new ideas and methods. The satisfaction derived from keeping our food processing equipment in optimal condition fills you with pride, recognizing the importance of our work in feeding families across the nation.
