MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL
In this entry-level role, you visit clients in their homes or workplaces to support their day-to-day living and set them up for success! Always kind and upbeat, you assist clients in areas such as hygiene, grooming, housekeeping, meal prep, and medication administration. You help run errands, shop for groceries, and transport clients to appointments or fun activities. Attentively, you also help clients get set up in their workplace and advocate for them so that they can enjoy independence while still having their needs met. You make a meaningful difference in the lives of every person you support!
Schedule:
This shift primarily involves working in a day program with a couple of hours of supported employment into the early evening. Shift can be somewhat flexible between the hours of 9:00 am and 6:00 pm or 6:30 pm a couple of days a week. Applicant must be able to work until 6:00 pm or 6:30 pm two days a week.
Driving Requirements:
Driver's license and own personal vehicle to transport clients is required
