Your day as a Bistro Supervisor at our hotel is a dynamic mix of leadership and hands-on involvement. You start your morning by reviewing schedules, ensuring the right food service team members are in place for seamless operations. Handling inventory and placing orders to keep the bistro well-stocked and ready for service is a key part of your job.
