As a Production Coordinator, your role involves:

• Operational Oversight: Managing daily production activities, ensuring that processes adhere to quality and safety standards.

• Quality Control: Conducting final inspections of products, ensuring that all items meet our stringent quality requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor
• Production and quality control experience
• Ability to coach, correct, and provide feedback on behavior and performance
• Strong leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and people skills
• A keen eye for detail
