WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As a Resident Move-In Specialist, your day is centered around creating smooth and stress-free transitions for new and current senior living residents. You spend your time coordinating move-ins across all levels of care, ensuring each detail is handled with care and precision. Whether you're working with families, assisting with internal room changes, or planning building events and managing space rentals, you approach every task with professionalism and heart. You communicate with various departments to keep everything on track, solve challenges quickly, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere that residents and their loved ones trust.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A RESIDENT MOVE-IN SPECIALIST?

We're looking for someone who is available to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours. Some evenings and weekends may be required, depending on the needs of our senior living residents and events.

Requirements to become our Resident Move-In Specialist:

• A motivated and high-energy personality
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to stay organized and teachable
• Sales experience is preferred but not required
• Experience working in a senior living setting is preferred but not required
