WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

In this Hospitality Office Manager role at Springhill Suites Logan, you will typically work afternoon hours. Your working hours will range from 3 PM to 11 PM, with occasional overnight shifts. Flexibility in your schedule is a key part of the job, as you will frequently be on call to cover for team members who may take a day off.

As the Hospitality Office Manager at Springhill Suites Logan, you embrace a dynamic day filled with the rewarding challenge of leading your front desk team and ensuring that every guest feels like family. Collaborating with the Assistant General Manager and General Manager, you work to create memorable experiences, deftly handling cash and scheduling while guiding new associates with empathy and understanding. Your keen attention to detail and calm demeanor under pressure enables you to tackle any challenges that arise, maintaining high standards and a positive atmosphere. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

  • Guest service experience, 1+ years experience is preferred
  • Previous leadership or supervising experience or equivalent experience, 1 year preferred
  • Willingness to work hard and stand for long periods
  • Computer skills/working knowledge of common computer programs such as Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc.
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends
