YOUR NEW ROLE

Our TTB Analyst works Monday - Friday during regular office hours.

You're instrumental in maintaining our organization's financial integrity and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the facility, particularly during production and shipping. This is a highly collaborative and analytical role where you work with management, directors, and sales teams to conduct in-depth audits, guarantee compliance, and implement methods for improvement. You also prepare tax payments and reports and train internal teams on vital processes.

By handling key accounting responsibilities and continually refining our financial processes, you keep us efficient and successful. You ensure timely and precise reporting, diligently prepare operation reports, and manage export processes. During self-assurance audits, you tweak processes to fill gaps and train staff on the new strategies. Your diligence in maintaining financial integrity, completing tax payments, and overseeing accounting matters are vital!

REQUIREMENTS

  • • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field with some financial or operational exposure
  • • Thorough knowledge of Title 27 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), specifically Parts 19 and 25
  • • Verbal and written communication skills
  • • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • • Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft programs like Excel and Word
  • • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
  • A minimum of 3 years working with TTB reporting in beer, wine, or spirts
  • • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work under pressure

  • Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Some exposure to supply chain activities
