THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR DISTILLATION TECHNICIAN

YOUR ROLE:

As a Distillation Technician, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality spirits. You'll monitor gauges, manage steam and air valves, and oversee fermentation, moving fermented mash to the beer well and operating pumps and stills for high-proof distillate production. Keeping your workspace clean and organized is essential, as is measuring pH levels and adjusting temperatures. You'll also cross-train across departments to support the team and ensure the production of world-class whiskey.

OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR DISTILLATION TECHNICIAN:

• High school diploma or equivalency
•Production or manufacturing environment experience
• A Bachelor of Science in Biology or Chemistry is preferred
