This is a full-time leadership role based in Assonet, MA. While specific hours may vary, this position requires flexibility to oversee programs, attend executive leadership meetings, and support strategic initiatives.

As a Director of Children's Services, you will step into a dynamic leadership role, overseeing the Children's Services Division at Crystal Springs. You will develop and manage programs that align with our strategic vision, ensuring that services run efficiently and effectively. As part of the Executive Leadership Team, you will serve as a vital link between the Children's Services Division and the organization's leadership, ensuring smooth communication and operational success. You will be responsible for financial oversight, including budget management, payroll monitoring, and recommending necessary budget adjustments. In addition, you will lead strategic growth initiatives, expanding service offerings, forging partnerships, and securing new funding opportunities. Compliance and quality assurance will be at the forefront of your work, ensuring that all programs meet regulatory standards. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit!

• 10+ years of leadership experience in children's residential schools or human services programs
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong skills in program development, financial management, regulatory compliance, and team leadership
• Strategic mindset with a passion for expanding and improving services for children with developmental disabilities

A master's degree in human services, healthcare, education, psychology, social work, or a related field is preferred. An LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC is also a plus!
