Crystal Springs is looking for a full-time Director of Children's Services to lead our Chapter 766 Residential Special Education School and related human services programs.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
This is a full-time Director of Children's Services position based in Assonet, MA. The schedule will depend on program needs and leadership responsibilities.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
As the Director of Children's Services, you will lead and oversee our children's programs, ensuring they run smoothly and meet high standards. You will be responsible for managing budgets, payroll, and program operations, making sure everything is in line with state regulations. You will also work with the Executive Leadership Team to guide strategy, improve services, and find new funding opportunities. Your role will involve supporting staff, developing new programs, and maintaining partnerships to help Crystal Springs grow and provide the best care possible for the children we serve.
