ABOUT THE ROLE
Schedule: This is a part-time PRN position, offering 8-16 hours per week with a flexible schedule based on your availability and the needs of our residents.
As a part-time PRN - Assessment Nurse, you start your day by reporting to the wellness director and conducting thorough head-to-toe assessments of our residents. With a caring touch, you evaluate their overall well-being, ensuring that care plans align with their needs. Throughout your shift, you keep communication open with our nursing staff and make adjustments to care plans as necessary. Occasionally, you step up to provide on-call support when the wellness director is out of town, always ready to serve like family.
