YOUR DAY AS A PART-TIME WELLNESS NURSE
You perform assessments, ensuring that each resident receives the appropriate level of care. As you move through the day, you take time to connect with residents and their families, discussing care needs and any necessary changes. Communication is at the heart of your role-whether you're updating staff on a resident's condition or providing guidance to families navigating the assisted living experience. You embrace the responsibility of being on-call when needed, stepping in to support the team when others are out of town or on alternating weekends. With your expertise and compassion, you help ensure that our residents continue to thrive in a safe, comfortable assisted living environment.
YOUR SCHEDULE
Enjoy a flexible part-time schedule, working 8-10 hours per week during the waking hours of our residents.
