A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR JUNIOR ADMINISTRATOR
This part-time, entry-level role provides a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of property management systems while delivering frontline technical support. Problem-solving skills are a must as you help resolve software issues and train employees on our multi-family housing business line. You provide immediate Tier 1 technical support as users struggle with the system, escalating complex issues as needed.
Leading 1:1 and group training, you empower staff to learn our system and enhance their proficiency while documenting your efforts. You manage user access and basic settings, assist with common software issues, and maintain troubleshooting documentation. When new hires come on, you help ensure smooth onboarding, offboarding, and role change procedures. You track user engagement with our software, identify areas where training is needed, and develop programs to address this. As you help test and validate new software, ensure staff have the proper access, and tackle other responsibilities, you take pride in learning more, growing your skills, and making a positive difference.
