YOUR DAY AS A PIZZA COOK - SAUTÉ COOK

As a Pizza Cook - Sauté Cook, you play a vital role in our kitchen. You prepare pizzas and other menu items according to recipes and customer preferences, ensuring every dish meets our high standards. You set up your workstation with all the necessary ingredients and equipment, keeping everything organized and ready for action. Using tools like ovens, knives, and mixers, you work safely and efficiently to deliver consistent quality. You maintain a clean workspace and adhere to strict food safety standards. When needed, you interact with guests to ensure they have an exceptional dining experience, bringing energy and enthusiasm to every interaction.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A PIZZA COOK - SAUTÉ COOK

To be the perfect fit for this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• 18+ years of age
• 6+ months experience in a fast-paced food service environment
• Previous pizza-cooking experience in a professional setting
• Experience with deck ovens or wood-fired ovens
• A current food handler's permit
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Excellent customer service skills

YOUR SCHEDULE

Part-time and full-time schedules are available between our operation hours of 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday.
