THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years in marketing operations, revenue marketing, or sales enablement
• Proven success in improving MQL-to-SQL conversion and optimizing marketing-driven revenue
• Experience managing campaigns in Salesforce, Pardot, and Monday.com
• Strong data analysis skills and ability

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A MARKETING OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will focus on executing and optimizing campaigns across email, social media, and digital ads, ensuring that every touchpoint is strategically designed to engage and convert potential customers. You will leverage Salesforce and Pardot to track lead progression and refine workflows, ensuring that Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) seamlessly convert into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). Your collaboration with the sales team will be essential, as you work together to enhance lead scoring, optimize follow-up processes, and improve overall pipeline velocity. With a keen eye on performance analytics, you will monitor conversion rates, campaign effectiveness, and marketing-sourced revenue, continuously identifying areas for improvement. Your role will also involve aligning materials with sales strategies, ensuring that every piece of content directly supports business objectives.
