A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A ASSISTANT COFFEE SHOP MANAGER

Every day at Perky Beans starts with the rich aroma of fresh coffee and the buzz of happy customers. You check in with the team, making sure everyone is set up for success and ready to deliver warm and friendly service or keep the café in top shape. As the go-to leader on the floor, you're jumping between making drinks, mentoring baristas, and handling daily operations like inventory and financials. It's a fast-paced, hands-on role where you're both leading the team and working alongside them, making sure everything runs like clockwork.

We know flexibility is important! Here's what you can expect:

• Opening shifts start at 5:00 AM
• Closing shifts end at 7:30 PM
• Shifts range from 4-7 hours, totaling 30-40 hours per week

In the hospitality industry, flexibility is key. While we may not always need every team member to work every weekend or both weekend days, having an open availability on weekends greatly enhances our ability to ensure excellent service and maintain operational efficiency.
