DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will focus on building strong employee relationships, providing guidance and counseling to staff across campus, and ensuring compliance with policies and employment laws. You will handle outplacement counseling and exit interviews, oversee training and performance management, and facilitate onboarding for new employees. You will also develop and implement HR policies and procedures, maintain essential reports and logs to meet EEO and BRC regulations, and work on department-wide process improvements. Additionally, you will use ADP Workforce Now to manage HRIS functions, ensuring that employee records are up-to-date and accurate.

Requirements for a Human Resources Generalist:

  • 5+ years of HR Generalist experience or a combination of education, training, and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Expertise in ADP Workforce Now
  • Experience handling employee relations, performance reviews, and compliance
  • Strong ability to manage communication between departments and employees
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills

PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
