You earn a base pay of $18.00/hour plus service charges (18% of your F&B sales + 6% of outlet alcohol sales) and receive these terrific benefits:

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of restaurant or club bartending experience
• TABC and Texas food handler's certifications
• Basic beer, wine, and liquor knowledge with the ability to create classic and craft cocktails
• Clean and professional attitude and appearance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for customer service and ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and the occasional double
• Ability to perform physical tasks like standing, walking, and lifting heavy weights

YOUR IMPACT

Our Bartender provides first-class customer service and incredible experiences, ensuring every drink is perfectly made. Your role begins before the bar opens as you inspect everything, restock supplies, and tidy the storeroom. You prepare garnishes and pre-mixed drinks, requesting additional supplies when necessary. Once the bar opens, you speak with members about their preferences, serve drinks, and make thoughtful food recommendations. You facilitate pleasant experiences without encroaching on their visit, collaborating with your team to keep things smooth and seamless.

Always friendly and upbeat, you explain menu specials, answer questions, resolve complaints, and collect members' names and numbers for charging purposes. Throughout your bartending shift, you keep your work area clean, maintain accurate liquor and bar records, and follow all club policies. As needed, you also serve members at lounge tables and work at special events. You thoroughly follow closing procedures, properly label food, and complete monthly inventory counts. Attending staff meetings and tackling other jobs as directed, you make a positive difference in this bartending role!
