Austin Country Club is seeking a full-time Housekeeper Manager to lead our housekeeping department and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and service for our members. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $62,000/year with an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to oversee daily housekeeping operations, manage staff, and ensure a well-maintained and welcoming environment. YOUR ROLE

As the Housekeeper Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all areas of the club meet the highest standards of cleanliness. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing staff while fostering a professional and efficient work environment. Daily responsibilities will include implementing housekeeping procedures, inspecting public areas, managing deep cleaning schedules, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with other department managers. You will also track labor costs, inventory, and purchasing to maintain efficient operations. Your leadership will be essential in ensuring that all housekeeping staff provide warm, courteous service to members while upholding a well-organized and productive work environment.

YOUR SCHEDULE

This hospitality position requires flexibility, as shifts may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays. The Housekeeper Manager will work 8-hour shifts, ensuring that the housekeeping team consistently meets high service and cleanliness standards.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A HOUSEKEEPER MANAGER

• 4+ years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting
• 3+ years of managerial or supervisory experience within hospitality
• Ability to lead, train, and develop high-performing teams
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and housekeeping best practices

Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.
