A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR LEAD CNA - MED TECH:

This full-time position offers a flexible day shift 6:30am-3:00pm and swing shift 2:30pm-11:00pm.

As a Certified CNA - Med Tech, your day kicks off with the vital task of ensuring each resident receives their medications promptly and accurately. Throughout the day, you provide gentle wound care, offer support with daily activities, lead your team of CNAs, and foster open communication among residents, families, and fellow caregivers. Your unwavering commitment to detail and compassion creates an environment where residents thrive and feel valued.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS OUR CERTIFIIED CNA - MED TECH:

• Valid CNA certification (MA also accepted)
• Reliability, responsibility, and attention to detail
• Compassionate demeanor and ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to be a lead over the other CNAs on your shift
