A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GROWTH MARKETING DIRECTOR

As our Growth Marketing Director, no two days will be the same. You'll spearhead a team of superstars, driving creativity, innovation, and data-driven strategies. Your work will be directly aligned with our broader business goals as you collaborate with senior leadership to develop cutting-edge campaigns that resonate across diverse business lines.

You'll refine our brand messaging, lead social media strategies, and measure campaign performance to ensure we're hitting our targets. As the architect of our digital transformation, you'll integrate AI and automation to revolutionize marketing operations and enhance our presence across multiple sectors.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a focus on digital marketing, creative services, and campaign management.
• Proven success leading high-performing teams and working cross-functionally with senior executives.
• Experience managing multiple projects, from strategy development to execution, in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong skills in demand generation, data analysis, and KPIs to drive marketing performance.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• Availability for remote or hybrid work with periodic on-site responsibilities at WSLM's South Jordan, UT office.
• Experience working in a marketing agency with multiple accounts is preferred.
