Schedule: This part-time health care position works 11 AM to 7 PM with rotating weekends.

As our Full-time Licensed Professional Nurse - LPN, you will be responsible for:

• Administering medications and implementing nursing treatment plans to ensure the well-being of children with physical and developmental disabilities.
• Providing hands-on care, including wound management, catheter maintenance, and g-tube management.
• Regularly assessing patients' physical conditions, documenting changes, and communicating relevant health information to parents, guardians, and agency staff.
• Supporting and providing guidance to direct care staff to ensure high standards of care.

To be considered for this health care position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Valid LPN license to practice in MA
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program
• 1+ years of nursing experience
• Valid driver's license
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Proficiency in delegated nursing tasks
