Are you ready to embark on a fulfilling journey as a full-time/on-call Nursing Schedule Coordinator with Legacy Village of Stillwater? In this role, you'll have a real impact on the daily operations of our amazing healthcare team.

In this position, you will alternate weekly between one full-time week (40 hours) and an on-call week with 1-2 8-hour shifts, plus additional hours for clerical tasks and extra shifts as required. You will receive a bonus for each on-call day worked, on top of an already competitive wage.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

As a Nursing Schedule Coordinator, your role will include overseeing operations in the nursing services department, including staff scheduling, recruitment, training, and supervision. You will maintain high service standards, uphold personnel policies, and ensure compliance with regulations. As a key advocate for resident rights, privacy, and dignity, you will also manage on-call scheduling and support staff and resident needs. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach will be essential to creating a supportive and efficient care environment!

What we need from you:

  • Flexibility and willingness to cover needed shifts
  • CNA and MAT certifications or CMA license
  • Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, supervisors, and employees
  • A heart for working with seniors

Preferred:

  • Experience in staff scheduling
  • Experience in long-term care settings or assisted living environments
  • Experience in the general management and operations of a healthcare facility, preferably in long-term care
