ABOUT THIS HEALTHCARE POSITION:
This is a full-time nursing position.
Every day as a Wellness Nurse is filled with purpose and meaning. You start your day by conducting nursing assessments and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized service plans. The position also supports new residents, conducting new resident assessments to ensure that seniors moving into our community are supported in the best way possible.
By identifying needs and working with the team to ensure service delivery, you play a vital role in maintaining the highest standard of assisted living care. Your dedication and commitment make a positive impact in the lives of our residents, fostering a sense of independence, dignity, and choice.
The minimum requirements to be considered:
- Current LPN license
Ability to work weekends
- Must have Senior Living Experience
