Elements Restaurant in Logan, UT, is seeking a part-time Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This cooking role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment where attention to detail and quality are essential.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
We offer $14/hour (with higher pay available if you have strong casual dining experience) and provide a shift meal for every shift worked. This position requires evening availability. Typical shifts are 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM on weekdays and 2:00 PM - 10:30/11:00 PM on weekends. Weekend availability is required.

Experience in at least casual sit-down dining is preferred, but those with fast food and other experiences will also be considered.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR LINE COOK?
As a part-time Line Cook, you will play a key role in the preparation and execution of high-quality dishes. Your primary responsibilities will include calling orders for the sauté station, ensuring proper cooking techniques and presentation. You will also plate entrées quickly and accurately, maintaining consistency and attention to detail. On weekdays, you will manage the fryer station, ensuring proper operation while maintaining correct steam table temperatures and sauce quality. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficiency, organization, and high standards of food preparation.
