YOUR SCHEDULE
Full-time (30 hours per week)
Monday - Friday, 4:30 PM - 10:30 PM
YOUR DAY
In this role, you're responsible for answering questions about our food, beverages, and other functions and services. You take food and beverage orders from guests and input them into our POS system. Additionally, you prepare coffee barista drinks, specialty drinks, and food orders using our Turbo Chef equipment. As part of your responsibilities, you perform various running side work and opening & closing duties, ensuring that the service area is clean and organized.
Your primary goal is to ensure that our guests are satisfied with their overall dining experience. You're also responsible for preparing the final bill, presenting it to the guest, and accepting payment, either through credit card charges or providing change when necessary. Teamwork is highly valued, and you're expected to offer or ask for help from your fellow team members whenever necessary. Expressing gratitude to guests, especially by name when a credit card is used, and inviting them to return is an important element of our service. Above all, we encourage you to have fun!
