We are pleased to offer you a Sign-On Bonus of up to $2,000. Bonuses are prorated for regular scheduled shifts of less than 40 hours.
As our 3rd Shift Residential Counselor, you enjoy competitive pay ranging from $18.50 to $21.50 per hour, depending on experience and education. But that's not all! Earn up to $3 per hour extra for weekend shifts, $2 per hour extra for evening shifts, and $1 per hour extra for overnight shifts, allowing you to increase your earnings based on your availability.

THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS 3RD SHIFT RESIDENTIAL COUNSELOR ROLE
As our full-time, part-time, or per diem 3rd Shift Residential Counselor, your responsibilities will include providing overnight supervision, assisting residents with nighttime routines, and ensuring their safety and well-being. You'll collaborate with the day shift team to maintain continuity of care, documenting resident activities and responding to emergencies with professionalism. Your role will be vital in helping individuals achieve independence and enjoy fulfilling lives. Every day, you'll make a difference by helping residents with personal hygiene, cooking, household tasks, socializing, and community involvement. Your compassionate approach and dedication will contribute to the success and happiness of those we serve!
Qualifications:
1 year of caregiving experience is preferred! A high school degree or equivalent is also a bonus!
