YOUR LIFE AS A PROPERTY MAINTENANCE WORKER
This part-time position typically works over the weekend on Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
As a Property Maintenance Worker, you have the important responsibility of keeping our rooms, pool area, and shared spaces in tip-top shape. You do this through our structured program of preventative, corrective, and repair maintenance. Each day you inspect our building and grounds, identifying small issues before they become big problems. A self-motivated go-getter, you complete work orders in a timely manner.
You monitor the pool and make sure the chemistry and temperature are where they need to be. The outside grounds also fall under your jurisdiction. You keep the grounds and landscaping looking great, and you also ensure timely snow removal as needed. Our guests are able to enjoy a beautiful and safe stay with you on the job, and you take pride in keeping it that way!
