YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Our Wellness Director - RN normally works Monday – Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

You're responsible for providing clinical oversight to our assisted living community, closely observing staff performance, and ensuring residents' needs are fully met. We have 93 beds in our facility, and you oversee our nursing services to help deliver positive outcomes. As you delegate medication administration and direct technicians, you make sure our processes follow the Utah Nurse Practice Act. You're a vital part of our day-to-day success and residents' well-being!

Here's what we're looking for:

  • Degree from an accredited nursing program
  • Current nursing license
  • 2+ years of assisted living or long-term care experience
  • Ability to effectively direct and lead staff
