WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS

This full-time role is based at Legacy House of Park Lane. Your typical schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional on-call responsibilities for emergencies. As our Assisted Living Maintenance Director, each day, you'll lead a team of maintenance technicians and housekeepers, ensuring our community is clean, safe, and compliant with state regulations. Your responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing room turns and maintaining all areas of the building.
  • Tackling preventative maintenance and addressing repair needs.
  • Managing compliance with state guidelines for skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
  • Leading your team to deliver exceptional service for our residents.

 

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

To join us, you'll need:

  • Proven maintenance director experience
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
  • Familiarity with state regulations for senior living facilities
  • A passion for leadership and a heart for serving seniors

Preferred: Experience working in a skilled nursing or assisted living facility.
