BECOMING OUR PIZZERIA SHIFT LEAD - PIZZA COOK:

Schedule:

• This part-time position offers 20-30 hours per week 
• Store hours: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Day-to-Day:

As our Pizzeria Shift Lead - Pizza Cook, you'll be the heart of our kitchen during your shift. You'll start by ensuring everything is running smoothly, from pizza prep to customer service. You'll oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise kitchen employees, and take charge when management isn't around. From delegating tasks to managing cash and equipment, your role is all about keeping things on track. You'll not only be crafting pizzas to perfection but also providing guidance to team members, resolving any conflicts, and maintaining a positive work environment. You'll have the chance to lead by example, ensuring our customers get the best service while making sure your team is trained and motivated. It's a fast-paced, hands-on role that combines the best of both worlds: cooking and leadership.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a cook in a pizzeria (preferred) or other high-volume restaurant
• Supervisory/leadership experience in the restaurant industry
• Strong knowledge of proper food handling techniques
• Detail-oriented and passionate about serving up great food
• Team and customer-focused
• Excellent organizational, time management, interpersonal, and administrative skills
