Do you enjoy creating signature cocktails and drinks? We are seeking an experienced Bartender with a mixology background and excellent customer service skills to join our Brunch team! In addition to making classic cocktails, you'll also be crafting specialty cocktails and creating new drink items for our menu.

This position is part-time, the typical schedule includes Saturday-Sunday Brunch, with hours ranging between 8 AM and 3 PM. This position earns a competitive wage of $20 per hour, plus tips.

Job Duties include:

• Creating and crafting delicious cocktails and preparing beverages for guests.
• Taking ownership of the bar station to ensure all standard operating procedures (SOPs) are being followed.
• Train and support Cafe and Barista staff in bar menu items.
• Create new drink recipes/cocktail menus in collaboration with management.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Work closely with management on product ordering and inventory.
• Ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• 18+ years of age
• At least one year of proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
• Expert knowledge in creating signature craft cocktails and drinks required
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Must have or be able to obtain current Texas Food Handlers and TABC certifications.
