Job DescriptionJob description will include the following: Collect Rents by the 5th of each month and make depositsEnter rents into on-site property software and any updates and changes that are happening in each of the units.Receive work orders and schedule with Maintenance person and follow-up with residents to make sure work orders were completed satisfactorily Receive calls from prospective residentsShow vacant apartments to prospective residents, receive rental applications, prepare/complete lease form with prospective residentsConduct move-in inspections and move-out inspections whenever a resident is changedSchedule landscapers and other venders that work at the propertyReceive calls from residents to help with any questions or service needs,Attend Training with Western Workhorse Management teamCreate, follow, and maintain a company-approved operating budgetResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will include....Submitting a weekly report to the owner that will include current rent roll from the property software, prospective resident traffic, update on any delinquenciesWorking with supervisor from Western Workhorse Management in preparing annual budgetCollecting rent and follow-up on delinquenciesWorks closely with Apartment Manager. QualificationsPleasant, cheerful, firm, assertive,2+ years property management experienceExperience with Entrata property management software preferredComputer literate, proficient in both Excel and WordGood math skillsSome experience and knowledge about usual maintenance tasks
