Job Summary: The Web Developer will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's digital marketing and SEO efforts by developing, optimizing, and maintaining high-performance web pages and landing pages. This role focuses on ensuring all web assets are responsive, user-friendly, and aligned with best practices for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and search engine optimization (SEO).
Working closely with digital marketing and SEO agencies, as well as internal teams, the Web Developer will help build scalable, efficient web solutions to enhance lead generation and campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
Core Web Development:
Develop and maintain responsive, interactive, and user-friendly web pages using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Utilize modern JavaScript frameworks, such as React.js, Vue.js, Node.js or Angular, to build dynamic and scalable web interfaces.
Ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented, including clean URL structures, meta tags, and schema markup.
Landing Page Development:
Design and optimize high-converting landing pages for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless integration with tracking tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
Conduct A/B testing and implement changes based on performance metrics to improve conversion rates.
Technical Optimization and Integration:
Work on back-end development tasks, including API integrations and server-side rendering (SSR), to support seamless functionality of web assets.
Ensure smooth data flows between websites, marketing platforms, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
Collaboration and Project Support:
Collaborate with SEO and digital marketing agencies to align development projects with campaign goals and strategies.
Partner with internal teams to deliver custom scripts, forms, and web solutions that meet business needs.
Provide regular updates and performance reports to stakeholders, offering technical expertise to guide decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in web development, with a focus on marketing-driven projects.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with experience using frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
Understanding of API integrations and familiarity with back-end frameworks like Node.js or Express is a plus.
Experience with version control tools like Git and collaboration platforms such as GitHub or GitLab.
Knowledge of technical SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
