ABOUT THE ROLE
Schedule & Location: This is a full-time role based in Phoenix, AZ, with regular business hours. Occasional travel may be required. We offer the potential for remote work, subject to business needs.
Your Position: As Our Director of Case Quality, you'll lead our quality control team, ensuring every case meets our high standards. You'll work closely with co-counsel, vendors, and clients to streamline communication, analyze case files, and prepare reports. As a key player in our mass tort litigation process, you'll also oversee compliance initiatives, mitigate fraud risks, and support attorneys with client file organization. Your role will be a mix of collaboration, problem-solving, and independent execution, all in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Paralegal Certificate or Nursing degree
• 5+ years in paralegal or nursing work
• Proficiency with MS Suite and exceptional organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Civil litigation or mass tort experience
• Experience in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
