DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS ROLE

This is a remote position with a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM.

As our Area Sales Director, you will be the superhero smashing revenue quotas each quarter, all from the comfort of your chosen workspace. You'll form and nurture key relationships with corporate clients, travel gurus, and event maestros. Collaborating with the sales, revenue, and marketing squad, you'll craft and execute stellar sales strategies that not only spotlight focus properties but also keep them in a lively rotation. Your mission includes occasional on-site visits, championing an impeccable guest experience alongside on-site leaders!

Here's what we need from our Area Sales Director:

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of sales experience in a leadership role
• Multi-site experience
• Proven track record of revenue growth through innovative service offerings and sales strategies
• Strong proficiency in developing go-to-market strategies
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and database management software
• Ability to sell value, tell our story, and create an experience for our guests
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Great business acumen with an understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail that ensures accurate group management
• Valid driver's license
