DAY-TO-DAY
In this entry-level food service position, you play an essential role in providing our cafe guests with quick and efficient food and beverage service. You greet them with a positive and friendly demeanor and enter their orders into our system. Following approved coffee/espresso recipes, you make and serve an assortment of coffee beverages that are consistent in quality and taste. You have a solid understanding of our daily menu items and are able to accurately explain them to anyone who asks.
In between serving our guests, you replenish condiments and general supplies while keeping the area clean. Following HACCP guidelines, you handle food and beverages safely. You enjoy using your customer service skills each day to make people happy, which is why you are perfect for this coffee making position!
