Compass Group North America - Chartwells Higher Ed is currently hiring for a full-time Kitchen Sous Chef to join our culinary team in Salt Lake City at the University of Utah campus. This kitchen management position earns a competitive wage of $20 - $25/hour.

DAY-TO-DAY

In this culinary position, you are responsible for the overall success and quality assurance of our daily kitchen operations. You oversee the hourly cooks during shift prep and meal production. You take the initiative to learn the recipes so that you can teach them to others. Defining the steps to prepare dishes, you lead our cooks through the prep, planning, and production of menu items. You get great satisfaction out of providing our guests with an amazing dining experience!
