At Davis Conference Center, we're seeking an inspiring full-time Dual Property General Manager to oversee our premier hotel and conference center operations in Layton, UT.
This full-time role comes with competitive pay (based on experience) and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k), paid time off (PTO), Hilton team travel benefits, and any other standard WSLM Manager benefits.
Your typical schedule will be between Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, with the flexibility to cover weekends and on-call responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations for our 24/7 properties.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR DUAL PROPERTY GENERAL MANAGER
As a full-time Dual Property General Manager, you will oversee everything from Hilton guest accommodations at the Hilton Garden Inn and the Davis Conference Center in Layton assisting with financial performance, ensuring both properties thrive. Your role will involve building and inspiring a dedicated team, solving challenges swiftly, and representing the business within the community.
