DELVE DEEPER INTO THE ROLE
As a Floor Technician, you start your day knowing you'll be bringing a sparkle to our community. At times you will assist with general maintenance duties including property maintenance, protection, groundskeeping, and building repair. In the winter, you handle snow removal to keep walkways and parking lots safe. You love that you're not stuck in an office! Occasionally, you'll clean carpets. With each task, you'll handle floor care equipment and supplies with expertise, ensuring health and safety standards are met and making a direct impact on the happiness and comfort of our residents!
