THE BASICS
Pay: With a competitive salary of $65,000/year, this role is your chance to lead a beloved local dining spot where community and great food come together.
Schedule: As our Restaurant General Manager, you'll need flexibility to work Thursday through Monday, up to 10 hours per day. Nights and weekends are essential, but you'll enjoy two consecutive days off to recharge.
Benefits: We offer 40 hours of PTO and sick days per year.
YOUR DAY AS A RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER
You'll start your day by reviewing schedules, ensuring your team is ready to deliver top-tier service. Throughout the day, you'll handle hiring and firing decisions, oversee inventory, and ensure supplies are stocked for smooth operations. You'll help book events, manage bookkeeping tasks, and assist the owner with daily needs, always keeping operations running efficiently. Your hands-on approach will create a welcoming and memorable dining experience for all.
