YOUR ROLE AS A RECEPTIONIST
As a senior living Receptionist, your day will be centered around delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds our organization's expectations. You will be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment. One of your main responsibilities will be to report any concerns regarding the health and well-being of residents to the Assisted Living Administrator, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Confidentiality will be of utmost importance as you handle resident information, safeguarding their privacy at all times. Meeting Western States Senior Communities' standards of appearance and complying with sanitation, hygiene, and health standards are essential in maintaining the highest quality of care. Overall, your role as a senior living Receptionist will be dynamic, fulfilling, and crucial in creating a positive and supportive environment for our residents!
Schedule: Thursday 4-8pm, Friday 4-8pm, and Saturday 3-8pm.
