YOUR NEW ROLE AS A PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT:
Embark on a rewarding journey as a Physical Therapy Assistant where you'll be an essential force in implementing plans of care established by our dedicated physical therapists. Your role will encompass the thorough documentation of daily and progress notes, ensuring the seamless billing of treatments, and reporting patient progress, concerns, and changes.
Engaging with a multidisciplinary team, you'll actively contribute to team conferences and discharge planning, amplifying the impact of our collaborative efforts. By administering treatments including transfer training, mobility enhancement, and strength exercises, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing patients' quality of life.
